Jim Sarsgard took this picture of Venus and Mercury on the evening of the 5th March 2025. Jim used a Canon 1000D camera with a 50 mm lens at f/2. The exposure was 1/60 second at ISO 1600. Brightness and contrast were adjusted in FastStone. Jim comments that the challenge was making Mercury visible without overexposing the rest of the photograph. Image Credit: Jim Sarsgard.
